Poppy and William McCarty of Amarillo gave $25,000 to the Texas A&M Foundation to establish the Elinor F. and William A. McCarty ’57 Sul Ross Scholarship.
Dr. Finis Welch has established a $150,000 Foundation Excellence Award through the Texas A&M Foundation to benefit Hispanic students who have graduated from Texas high schools.
