Hispanic Heritage Month Underway At Texas A&M

Members of the Texas A&M and Bryan-College Station communities can take part in the celebration of Latinx culture and achievements through Oct. 26.

Hispanic Heritage Month events

Hispanic Heritage Month, hosted by the Hispanic Presidents’ Council (HPC) is underway at Texas A&M University.

The annual month celebrates the culture, achievements, and history of the entire Latinx community.

Throughout the next six weeks, HPC will be partnering with other organizations at Texas A&M and in the Bryan-College Station area. The full list of events can be found here. The month will start with its free official kickoff event on Thursday evening at 6 p.m. in MSC 2400. Food and entertainment will be included. The first 50 people to arrive will receive a free HHM 2019 t-shirt. Additional door prizes will be given out.

Hispanic Heritage Month is sponsored by The Association of Former Students and the Department of Multicultural Services.
