Randy Bond ‘24, a junior in aerospace engineering, grew up wanting to be an Aggie. It was in high school though when he decided he wanted to be an Aggie Engineer, thanks to the inspiration of his club soccer coach.

During the spring semester of his freshman year at Texas A&M University, he took his soccer skills to the football field and tried out as a walk-on.

Now, he’s the starting kicker for the Fightin’ Texas Aggie football team.

Beyond the football field, Bond collaborates closely with aerospace engineering associate professor Dr. Darren Hartl.

Hear more about how this Aggie standout balances his academic and athletic life.
