Interim Provost and Executive Vice President Mark H. Weichold and Col. Michael E. Fossum, Galveston COO and Texas A&M vice president, made the announcement this week, thanking Quigg for her willingness to serve.

In her role, Quigg will have a dual reporting line to the Texas A&M Provost and Fossum.
