ConocoPhillips Gives $525,000 To Support Texas A&M University

Houston-based ConocoPhillips presented a check for $525,000 to the Texas A&M Foundation on Thursday to benefit academic programs, student activities, undergraduate scholarships and graduate fellowships in Texas A&M University’s Dwight Look College of Engineering, the College of Geosciences and Mays Business School.

“ConocoPhillips is proud to continue our support to Texas A&M University,” said Bill Bullock, vice president of corporate planning and development for the company and a 1986 graduate of Texas A&M. “The university has consistently provided us with exceptional graduates who have made significant contributions through the years to the success of ConocoPhillips around the globe.”

ConocoPhillips has been a major supporter of Texas A&M for the past 48 consecutive years. The company’s name is listed on the south wall of the Jon L. Hagler Center, headquarters for the Texas A&M Foundation. That wall is reserved for individuals and corporations who have given $5 million or more to support Texas A&M.
