Corps Of Cadets To Host Annual Intentional Leadership Conference

The two-day conference is open to students, staff, faculty and members of the community.

Texas A&M University’s Corps of Cadets will host its 9th annual Intentional Leadership Conference (ILC) Feb. 26 and Feb. 27 in the Rudder Complex on the Texas A&M campus. 

Open to Texas A&M students, staff, faculty and community members, the theme for this year’s ILC is “Transformational Leadership: Bridging the Gap for a Better Tomorrow.” 

Texas A&M University President Gen. (Ret.) Mark A. Welsh III, and Flip Flippen ‘69, founder and chairman of the Flippen Group, will be keynote speakers.

Several featured speakers and panel presentations will take place over the two-day conference and will include industry leaders and trailblazers Dr. Eli Jones III ‘82, Bridget Lauderdale ‘88 and Col. (Ret.) Pauletta Blueitt ‘81, among others.

Registration for this year’s ILC is accessible here and closes Feb. 19. Both virtual and in-person attendance options are available. The conference is free to attend.
