Dr. Matthew Call combines his industry and theoretical background to understand the link between individual and organizational performance, and how organizations can appropriate value from an increasingly mobile workforce. His research focuses on how high-performing employees behave within a workplace.

Dr. Mark E. Benden is a professor at the School of Public Health studying occupational health and how it can intersect with artificial intelligence. He also serves as director of the Center for Worker Health.
