The Texas A&M University Corps of Cadets will conduct its pre-game march-in through the areas surrounding Reed Arena on West Campus prior to the Prairie View A&M game on Nov. 20 at 11 a.m. The March-In will require the closure of several roads on West Campus from 9-10:15 a.m.

Fans are advised to review closure information and if parking in the affected areas, arrive by 8:45 a.m. before March-In takes place to avoid crowded roadways and detours.

Fans who aren’t parking in the affected areas are asked to avoid West Campus streets altogether this Saturday.

Reroutes and closures will impact the following areas on West Campus:

  • Olsen Boulevard between John Kimbrough Boulevard and Chandler Drive
  • Reed Arena Circle (no access)
  • Permit check at intersection of Olsen Boulevard and Chandler Drive
    • G permits will be allowed past
    • O permits will enter the lot by turning right at the intersection
    • All northbound Olsen Boulevard traffic apart from G and O Lot permits MUST turn left onto Chandler Drive

To avoid being impacted, fans can take advantage of the free off-campus gameday shuttle located in Downtown Bryan.
