1. Reveille VIII Funeral Service Set For Aug. 30

Texas A&M University and the Corps of Cadets will hold a funeral service for former mascot Reveille VIII Thursday, Aug. 30 at 8:30 a.m. in The Zone Plaza of Kyle Field. The service will be open to current and former students, faculty, staff and the public.

2. Texas A&M Releases Reports On Title IX Policy And Procedures
President Michael K. Young outlined 11 immediate actions Texas A&M University is taking to improve how it deals with Title IX investigations and sanctioning, including hiring additional staff and implementing more strict and clear-cut penalties.

3. Texas A&M And The Alamo Present: A Salute To Alamo Cannon Conservation Set For Aug. 22
A yearlong Alamo cannon conservation project conducted by Texas A&M University will reach its historic conclusion Wednesday, Aug. 22 as the Corps of Cadets will perform a ceremonial transition of the last of seven cannons that were used at the Battle of the Alamo to Alamo living historians.

Texas A&M University Libraries announced that the Texas A&M University Press will be integrated into the University Libraries effective Sept. 1.
