Visitors to Texas A&M’s Discovery Lounge during SXSW will have the chance to pick the brains of Texas A&M’s “brisketeers” and learn the finer points of the culinary art of BBQ.
The BBQ Genius Q&A Counter, featuring the meat scientists and pitmasters behind Texas A&M’s Camp Brisket, will be on hand to take questions from guests and give out complimentary samples from 12-2 p.m. Tuesday, March 13 in the Brazos Ballroom of the Courtyard Marriott.
