During SXSW, Recharge At Texas A&M’s ‘Saving Mornings’ Smoothie Counter

SXSW-goers will be able to refresh and recharge with the help of Texas A&M University research at the Texas A&M Discovery Lounge “Saving Mornings” Smoothie Counter Tuesday, March 13 in the Brazos Ballroom of the Courtyard Marriott Hotel from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Visitors will see how Texas A&M is saving mornings around the world through research initiatives like the Center for Coffee Research and Education at the coffee bar. They will also learn how Texas A&M is combating citrus greening disease through spinach genome modification, and how Texas A&M is making a difference in the lives of Texas communities at the Healthy South Texas smoothie bike.
