Campus Safety Awareness Week Set For Sept. 18-22

Campus Safety Awareness Week is an exciting event to promote safety and provide emergency information on campus. This week provides the campus community an opportunity to learn more about emergency preparedness in a fun, interactive setting. Campus Safety Awareness Week will be in September to coincide with National Preparedness Month, National Campus Fire Safety Month, and National Campus Safety Awareness Month.

Coffee with a Cop

Ask questions, voice concerns, and get to know the officers on campus.

Come meet University Police’s newest K-9 Cops and learn about available safety resources.

Stalking can happen in a variety of ways. Learn what constitutes stalking, and what to do if you think you are being stalked.

Self Defense for All

Receive hands on training in self-defense tactics to counter sexual harassment and assault.
