Aggieland’s Week Of Welcome Announces Name Change

This fall, Aggieland’s official Week of Welcome will arrive on campus with a new name: Howdy Week. This year’s Howdy Week will be held Aug. 20-27. Submissions for signature events are currently being accepted. General program submissions will be accepted beginning Thursday, April 13.

MSC OPAS Adds Show To 2016-17 Season

OPAS will present STEP AFRIKA! on Tuesday, March 28 at 7:30 p.m. in Rudder Auditorium. Texas A&M University students receive two free tickets, with a valid student identification, at the MSC Box Office.

Harvard Physicist, Local Chefs Featured In March 31 Physics Of Cooking Presentation

Saturday traditionally has served as the main stage for Texas A&M University’s annual Physics and Engineering Festival, set for April 1 at the George P. Mitchell ’40 Physics Buildings. While 2017 is no exception to that longstanding rule, the Texas A&M Department of Physics and Astronomy and two local chefs have something special cooking up for this year’s Friday night kickoff.
