Mays Invites Competitors For Halliburton Competition

Mays Business School invites students to participate in the Halliburton Energy Case Competition on June 28. Teams of four, including at least three Mays students and one student from either Mays or another Texas A&M college, will be given a real-world case addressing business issues that oil field services companies might face. The students will present their strategies before a team of Halliburton executives. The 1st place team will receive at cash prize of $6500; second will receive $4,000; and 3rd place will receive $2,000.

Important dates:

Registration deadline — June 17, 11:30 p.m.

Case distribution and come-and-breakfast — June 23, 9-10 a.m.

Case competition — June 28, 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.; awards reception 2:30-3:30 p.m.
