The Junior Cadet Accession Program (JCAP) is a recruiting program for the Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M University specifically designed for qualified JROTC, CAP, Young Marine and Sea Cadets in their junior and senior year of high school.

The next event will be held Oct. 25-27 at Texas A&M.

The program will include tickets to the Texas A&M vs. Kansas football game. Cadets will march in to Kyle Field with the corps prior to the game. The program will provide the high school cadets with a unique opportunity to see Texas A&M and to become familiar with the Aggie Corps of Cadets. They will stay overnight in the corps dorms. Cadets will receive counseling on the admission process including information regarding financial aid, scholarships and ROTC programs.

Attendees are encouraged to apply for corps scholarships which qualify out-of-state cadets for in-state tuition. Corps scholarships do not require military service and may be used in conjunction with other scholarships. For more information or to register for the program, go to http://www.aggiecorps.org/programs/jcap/ .
