Aggie Men’s Basketball Student Ticket Pull Details Announced

The Texas A&M student ticket distribution will remain the same, a weighted lottery system, for the upcoming men’s basketball game against Baylor.

tamu basketballThe Texas A&M student ticket distribution will remain the same, a weighted lottery system, for the upcoming men’s basketball game against Baylor. Tip is scheduled for 12:30 p.m. on Saturday (Feb. 24) at Reed Arena. Students with a valid all-sports option must register for the lottery. Registration begins at 8 a.m. on Monday (Feb. 19) and concludes on Tuesday (Feb. 20) at 5 p.m. There are two ways for students to register.

The student ticket windows in the Zone Plaza on the north end of Kyle Field will be open from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. both Monday and Tuesday, and students can register online at www.12thman.com and click on the Updated Student Ticket Information on the front page. The lottery will be conducted at 6 p.m. on Tuesday with results immediately available online at www.12thman.com. Students will also be notified via email.

Tickets can be picked up both Wednesday and Thursday (Feb. 21-22) from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. each day at the Zone ticket windows. Students are required to pick up tickets in person by presenting their student ID. Student ID’s must be legible and no other form of identification is acceptable. If unclaimed tickets remain, an announcement regarding a second distribution will be made the evening of Thursday (Feb. 22).

Tickets to watch the men play Oklahoma this Saturday (Feb. 17) in Norman are available for $10. Contact the ticket office at 1-888-99-AGGIE (888-992-4443) or 979-845-2311 for more information.

The 2007 Phillips 66 Big 12 Basketball Championships will be held in Oklahoma City with the men’s tournament held at the Ford Center, Thursday (Mar. 8) through Sunday (Mar. 11) and the women’s held next door at the COX Convention Center, Tuesday (Mar. 6) through Saturday (Mar. 10). Students with an all-sports option may purchase up to four Big 12 Championship Tournament tickets per student. Men’s all-session tickets are $240 each and will be located in the upper deck.

The women’s tickets are available for $80 for all sessions and will be located in the lower level. Students can purchase these tickets inside the Kyle Field Zone Plaza at the ticket office. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

An announcement will be made next week regarding student distribution for both the men’s and women’s NCAA post-season basketball tournaments.
