We know you can’t ever judge a book by its cover.

Texas A&M University Libraries is proud to present its first annual Human Library, where everyone is invited to come check out a “Human Book” and through respectful dialogue challenge stereotypes. Each person who has agreed to be a Human Book has created a title for themselves related to their experience of discrimination based on presumptions made by the general public. We hope these conversations challenge these common biases and help both books and readers better understand those with whom they share their community.

When: April 27th 12:00pm – 5:00pm

Where: Sterling C. Evans Library – Poetry Circle

Free and Open to the Public.
