The Texas A&M University Corps of Cadets will host “Holiday on the Quad 2016” Sunday (Dec. 4), beginning at 5 p.m. and continuing until approximately 9 p.m. “Holiday on the Quad” is open to the public free of charge, but it is also a Corps fundraiser for the March of Dimes.

“Holiday on the Quad” will include carnival games, live music, small rides, cadet activities, food and hot drinks. Also, there will be numerous photo opportunities for kids and families—opportunities that include pictures with Santa, Parsons Mounted Cavalry and a massive 19-foot reindeer.

All activities are donation-based, notes a Corps representative, so donations are highly encouraged since proceeds will support the March of Dimes efforts to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth and infant mortality.
